The assay provides an extended linear range up to 250 U/L with virtually no interferences from triglyceride (300 mg/dL), hemoglobin (150 mg/dL), and bilirubin up to (20 mg/dL). The Diazyme Lipase assay has high precision with Inter-Run %CV’s of less than 5%, and Intra-Run %CV’s of less than 6% at 215 U/L. Reagents are stable for 12 months from date of manufacture when stored at 2°-8°C.
The Diazyme Lipase assay in conjunction with lipase assay calibrator set is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of lipase in serum or plasma.
